Oracle 11g Database 64-bit, Client 32-bit. Also with installed Client 11g 32-bit on Windows XP 32-bit (connected via LAN) I can't connect. While trying to open SQLTools there is a problem with some.dll (I can't remember now what's this.dll, definitely not OCI.dll). Reinstalling programs doesn't help.
